movie, 21:14 minutes + outfits for lithurgy/football match
An inspiration for my Master’s degree final exhibition was a night in the student hotel “Korab”. A hotel accommodation like any other. Furnished with a TV playing a live transmission of Bollon d’Or – most famous football prize. Participants of the gala were putting their emotions on display, tears unavailable for many, the openness in showing their love.
The whole football spectrum fit in a conference room.
Footballers – local teams – Altar Servers. I wanted to have each one of those things – as a consumer, a little girl from a town in the South of Greater Poland.
I was not able to fully achieve not one of those things. Hence I am going to Wiry located close to Poznań, I want to see what was before the unavailable honour to me.
What I receive are people with a passion and my delirious vision of how it would be for me. There are emotions, league tables, its ethics and goals, the catholic language well-known to me. Excluded three times, I was welcomed here with open arms. I give in return a photographic rapport of the matches. Still I want to give more.
We are building WUNDERTEAM 6+1 teams together, doing after-match commentaries, looking for football stars and possibilities to help their careers. This leagues is, at its core, a direct linking path to Poland’s Ekstraklasa. As a Poznań team Lech was born from the altar traditions.
